Management and Judicial Reform
  • Register

In addition to incorporating oral, public and adversarial trials, the reforms implemented by the countries of the region have led to important changes to the way in which the justice system is organized and managed. In this sense, the management of judicial systems has been a key element for strengthening reform processes. Beyond the establishment of codes and laws, this allows for the realization of the principles and standards that these new reformed systems seek from a public policy perspective.

In this section, we present the manuals that JSCA has developed in this area.

  • To gather information on management models in the context of reformed systems
  • To promote the exchange of experiences in this area
  • To develop instruments to support reform processes from Judicial Management.
